- Verifying preceding 3 months records.
- Follow Up Audit Conducted within 3 months
- Statement Validity for 12 months, subject to review
Surveillance Verification & Assurance Statement
- Conducting at interval not exceeding 12 months
- Verification of continued compliance and closure of prior non-conformities
- Statement Validity for 12 months , subject to continued compliance
Multisite Verification & Assurance Statement
- shall apply where operations are carried out at multiple locations under common ownership
- A principal site shall be designated, and all sites shall be included in the audit scope.
- Traceability and chain of custody across sites shall be verified.
